Social Group came into existence in 1978, with the inception of Social Mutual Benefits Co Ltd., Social Finance & Commercial Co. Ltd., Social Leasing (I) Ltd., Social Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Social Publication and Hotel Social Palace.

Over the last 4 decades the company is serving as a strong financial sector for man force of Uttarakhand. It is a non banking financial company. The group is resting firmly on a sound financial base.

Today, the group has also diversified its business into Engineering sector, Solar Energy, Newspaper Publications, Hotels and also Trust for social causes.

Polygon Group, came into existence in February, 1999 founded by Dr. K.S. Panwar with inception of Polygon Chemicals Private Limited, H₂O Mineral Water Pvt. Ltd., Polyinfra Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Polygon Agro Product, Capsid Health Care Pvt. Ltd. and Hotel K.P Residency. Over the last 2 decades, the company has grown leaps and bounds to become one of the leading manufacturers, suppliers, service agents and exporters of optimum quality specialty chemicals. Today, the group has also diversified itself and its business into Construction, Developers, Food processing, Agro Based Sector, Bottling Plant, Packaged Drinking Water under brand “H2O“, Medicines and Hotel Industry.
